Puget Sound cleanup survives Trump attempt to kill it

The Puget Sound cleanup, marked for elimination by the Trump administration, gets $28 million in Congress' budget bill. The bill rejects administration efforts to slash the Environmental Protection Agency budget by 30 percent, and keeps cleanup programs alive from the Great Lakes to Chesapeake Bay to the Gulf Coast.
