Pair charged in attack that blinded clerk in gas-station robbery

Two men were charged Tuesday with first-degree assault and first-degree robbery in a vicious stabbing of a 65-year-old gas-station attendant, who was permanently blinded in the Jan. 1 attack in Georgetown.
