Outside report into Washington state lawmaker’s conduct complete, investigation ongoing

Rep. Matt Manweller, a professor at Central Washington University, has been on paid leave from the school since December, when he was removed by House Republican leadership from his ranking member position on a committee, and resigned as assistant floor leader.
