Oregon House passes abortion-funding bill

The bill also would allocate almost $500,000 during the 2017-19 budget to expand free reproductive health coverage, including abortions, to immigrants otherwise ineligible for insurance under the Oregon Health Plan — the state’s Medicaid program.
