Oil industry cleared to drill in Alaska waters, off West Coast

The Trump administration will lease vast offshore areas for oil drilling, even as it relaxes safety rules put in place after the Deepwater Horizon disaster.  The first drilling target -- the Chukchi and Beaufort Seas in Alaska.
