Obama's Sister Will Visit Mercer Island This Weekend

Mercer Island will be hosting a notable guest on Saturday.
Maya Soetoro-Ng is an accomplished educator teaching Peace Studies at the University of Hawai'i and founder of nonprofits Ceeds of Peace and Our Public Schools. She is also President Barack Obama's half-sister.
She will be in Seattle this weekend to present a scholarship at Mercer Island High School. The $5,000 award is from the Stanley Ann Dunham
