Northwest US measles cases prompt look at vaccine exemptions

The outbreak has Washington state lawmakers revisiting nonmedical exemptions that allow children to attend school without vaccinations if their parents express a personal objection. Oregon and Washington have some of the nation's highest vaccine exemption rates.
