New Bill Would Junk Landlord “Junk” Fees

Tired of your landlord springing extra fees on you at the last minute? The Seattle City Council will vote Tuesday on a bill that would make it illegal for landlords to charge many spurious “junk” fees like pest control charges, pet rent, technology fees, and other miscellaneous administrative costs.
