Necropsy on Chai released; elephant activists to file complaint

The Oklahoma City Zoo said a necropsy found no “definitive” cause for the death of Chai, the 37-year-old elephant. Meanwhile, an activist group said it plans to file a welfare complaint on Feb. 2.
