Murder suspect shot by jail guard released from hospital, faces escape and robbery charges

Seattle police didn't release an update on the ongoing investigation into the non-fatal shooting of Giovanni Herrin Wednesday by a King County jail guard. Herrin is accused of fleeing from Harborview Medical Center, where he had been taken after complaining that he wasn't feeling well.
