Mayor Durkan's first message: 'You will not have to come to City Hall'

Seattle Mayor Jenny Durkan hits the ground running, from neighborhood to neighborhood, as she is sworn in Tuesday.  She is the first woman to serve as Seattle mayor in 92 years.  She is also a tough trial lawyer, not inclined to waste time.  Two executive orders came within two hours of being sworn in.
