Man charged in 2008 Seattle slaying extradited from Mexico

Jose Angel Ruiz-Antonio, 29, is being held in the King County Jail in connection with the slaying of Ivan Hernandez-Vazquez, who was found dead in May 2008 in an alley in Seattle’s View Ridge neighborhood.
