Lawsuit: State worker colluded with White Center day care under investigation

A licensor for the state agency that regulates day cares tipped off two White Center day care operators who were under investigation for reports of negligence and abuse, coaching them on how to respond to state inspections of their business, according to an updated lawsuit filed Friday.
