Judge orders 10 years for assault that left woman a 'bloody pulp'

Cheryl Peters, 55, was already a vulnerable woman the night of March 2, 2017. She was homeless, developmentally delayed and deaf. Then 21-year-old Robert German raped her in a White Center parking lot and beat her continuously for 11 minutes, leaving her for dead.
