Judge OKs state's suit against opioid maker

Washington can go ahead with a lawsuit against opioid manufacturer Purdue Pharma, which has made billions of dollars from sales of the painkiller OxyContin.  A King County Superior Court judge turned down Purdue's attempt to have the suit dismissed.
