Is Bothell mayor pulling out of Wayne Golf Course deal?

Bothell mayor and developer Joshua Freed has started the permitting process to build 50 houses on the Wayne Golf Course back nine, after announcing in June that he would sell the land to a conservation group. He says a deal is still possible, but he’s keeping his options open.
