Internet has put a spotlight on sex addiction

“Sex is an equal-opportunity addiction,” says a local therapist who treats men convicted of soliciting or promoting prostitution. An estimated 12 million Americans have sex addiction, which some experts believe affects the brain in ways similar to drug or alcohol addiction.
