Inslee’s climate hearing draws divided crowd

Gov. Jay Inslee’s cap-and-trade proposal to cut greenhouse-gas emissions and charge the state’s biggest polluters drew a big, sharply divided crowd Tuesday to its first hearing in Olympia.
