I watched you walk out of the Capitol Hill light rail station, past the two trash cans conveniently placed inside, and blatantly throw your empty food container on the ground. It was May 1, so maybe you were coming off some anarchist energy from the day's events and wanted to rally against the trash-collecting infrastructure around you.
