I-90 closed until Thursday under icy, snowy conditions, flooding elsewhere

Interstate 90 will remain closed Wednesday after fallen trees, ice and snow made travel too treacherous starting Tuesday evening. Meanwhile, heavy rains have drenched the rest of Western Washington.
