I-405 lanes reduced to prepare for tolls

Interstate 405 capacity is reduced this weekend from Lynnwood to Bellevue to two lanes each direction so roadway crews can finish preparing for new Express Toll Lanes. The lane closures began Friday at 11 p.m. and will last until the tolls begin, scheduled for noon Sunday.
