Huge waterfront home destroyed by fire near Gig Harbor

GIG HARBOR, Wash. - A large waterfront home was destroyed by a two-alarm fire Wednesday morning near Gig Harbor, emergency officials said.Firefighters rushed to the scene, in the 7700 block of Olympic View Drive NW, at about 3:45 a.m. after receiving reports of smoke and flames billowing from the 5,000-square-foot home.
