Houston Plans to Continue Ignoring Climate Change

According to the enemies of prayer warriors and market fundamentalists—scientists—two things are behind the floods in Houston. One is the absence of building regulations that have a scientific understanding of the region's geography; and two, climate change. Though scientists strongly advise the city to incorporate its geography and global warming into its urban plans, the city's officials believe it can solve flooding with engineering. Nothing, therefore, has to re
