House votes to delay school-funding ‘levy cliff’; legislation goes to Gov. Inslee

The Washington House Thursday voted to delay the so-called school-funding “levy cliff,” a measure sought by Democrats and many school districts. The bill now goes to Gov. Jay Inslee’s desk.
