House votes decisively to renew Export-Import Bank: Can it survive in the Senate?

The U.S. House of Representatives brushed aside right-wing resistance on Tuesday and voted 313-118 to reauthorize the U.S. Export-Import Bank, which provides loan guarantees that support the sale of U.S. goods — large and small — to foreign countries.
