House spending bill ignores Dreamers; Senate likely to reject

The House of Representatives kicks the can down the road, passing a stopgap spending bill to keep the federal government running through February 16th. The legislation does nothing to secure the nation's 800,000 Dreamers, and Democrats say they will block it in the Senate.
