House barely approves overhaul of Obamacare with deep cuts in Medicaid

The House passes a sweeping repeal/overhaul of Obamacare, with steep cuts to Medicaid and potentially higher bills for the elderly and those with preexisting conditions.  The vote:  217-213, with eight Washington House members voting No.
