Help us finance needed relocation, Quinault president asks Congress

The president of the Quinault Indian Nation appeared before a congressional committee, asking Congress to make good on treaty obligations and trust responsibilities, and to help move the Quinault village of Taholah, threatened by sea-level rise on the Pacific Coast.
