Harrell sworn in as Seattle mayor as Murray resigns

Seattle City Council President Bruce Harrell was sworn in as interim mayor Wednesday afternoon, less than 36 hours after a Ed Murray resigned the office in the wake of a fifth sexual abuse allegation.
