Guest Editorial: Don’t Let Statewide Funding for Homelessness Expire

We're days away from the end of the 2017 legislative session, and the state legislature has yet to intervene in our statewide homelessness crisis with the positive solutions right there in front of them. It’s not like this crisis is a secret. We’ve all watched homelessness rise across the state. More than 20,000 people struggle to survive without a home each night in Washington, and nearly 40,000 K-12 students
