Gov. Inslee grants reprieve in child killer’s death sentence

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee formally granted the reprieve to Clark Elmore Thursday. He was convicted of raping and killing his then-girlfriend's daughter, Kristy Ohnstad, in 1995.
