Full transportation plan won't be part of KeyArena agreement

In a meeting of the council's Select Committee on Civic Arenas Monday, the head of the city's economic development office advised members that a Memorandum of Understanding will contain certain specifics regarding a transportation plan, but that a more detailed proposal won't come until the project undergoes a long Environmental Impact Study.
