Feds probe alleged prison cellphone use by ‘Pharma Bro’

The U.S. Bureau of Prisons has opened an inquiry into whether Martin Shkreli, nicknamed the "Pharma Bro," violated prison rules forbidding inmates from conducting business and possessing cellphones.
