Federal judge won’t recommend release for Seattle-area Dreamer

A federal judge issued recommendations that cut both ways for detained Dreamer Daniel Ramirez Medina. The judge didn’t recommend the 23-year-old’s release, but he did propose keeping the case out of immigration court, where deportation would be a risk.
