Elysian Brewing Co. Sold to Anheuser-Busch

The Stranger The Elysian: now owned by the brewers of Bud Light.
This morning, Anheuser-Busch, the U.S. subsidiary of global brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev, announced that they are acquiring Seattle's Elysian Brewing Company.
The sale includes Elysian's brewing facility in Georgetown, as well as their four brewpubs throughout the city: Capitol Hill, Tangletown, Pioneer Square, and downtown's Elysian Bar.
