One of the major barriers for cannabis is the dreaded work-based drug test, AKA the urine analysis (UA) test. Because there's no better way for an employer to say "we respect and trust our workers" than requiring you to empty your bladder into a small plastic receptacle so they can determine what you're doing in your off hours.
