Driver killed in wrong-way crash in Kent that injured 6 had multiple DUIs

Police say they do not know whether the driver was under the influence in the crash. His younger brother was also in the car and did not survive. Six other people in three other vehicles were injured, including a 5-year-old girl and her mother.
