Drink B.C. wines: Dow Constantine joins pipeline resistance

Drink British Columbia wines, says King County Executive Dow Constantine. He wants local residents to lift cups in support of the B.C. government, which opposes a massive oil pipeline that would send laden, ocean-going oil tankers through U.S. and Canadian waters of our Salish Sea.
