Dow Constantine relentlessly raises $1 million for what appears a cakewalk election

King County Executive Dow Constantine has already raised more than $1 million for this year's reelection race, although no other candidate has filed with the state Public Disclosure Commission.  Still, Constantine is raising money as if facing the fight of his life.
