Domestic violence charges against Hope Solo dismissed

A Kirkland Municipal Court judge dismissed domestic violence charges against Seattle Reign goalie Hope Solo on Tuesday after her attorney successfully argued that the alleged victims had refused to be deposed by defense attorneys.
