Ferndale state Sen. Doug Ericksen posted a racially charged cartoon to Facebook and then deleted it. The cartoon likening billionaire U.S. Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos to 6-year-old civil rights hero Ruby Bridges, depicted by Norman Rockwell as she entered an all-white New Orleans school in 1960.
