Court throws out sentences for 2 armed teens in Halloween candy robbery

One boy, who was 17 at the time of the robbery, was sentenced to 45 years and the second, who was 16, got 40 years. The boys wore masks and used a revolver to take candy and a few cellphones from trick-or-treaters in Tacoma.
