Conviction of Maurice Clemmons' getaway driver overturned

Darcus Allen, the man convicted of transporting Maurice Clemmons to and from the coffee shop where four Lakewood police officers were ambushed and killed in 2009, had his conviction and 420-year sentence overturned by the state Supreme Court Thursday morning.
