Conviction of Clemmons' getaway driver overturned

Darcus Allen,the man convicted of transporting Maurice Clemmons, his one-time Arkansas prisonmate, to and from the coffee shop where four Lakewood police officers were ambushed and killed in 2009, had his conviction and 420-year sentence overturned by the state Supreme Court Thursday
