Connelly: We are already being taxed for 'congestion pricing'

Mayor Jenny Durkan promised a bit of relief from pricey tax measures, and better delivery of city services, when she ran last fall. Four months in office, however, she is proposing a tax by another name -- "congestion pricing" -- when taxpayers are already bearing costs of a $930 million "Move Seattle" transportation levy.
