Connelly: Trump will get to pick a 9th Circuit judge

Seattle-based Judge Richard Tallman of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of appeals will step down as an active judge early next year.  President Trump will get the chance to nominate a successor to a federal appellate court that blocked his first Muslim travel ban.
