Connelly: Top EPA aide can moonlight advising secret clients

A top political official at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, paid $145,000 a year,  is being allowed to moonlight for private clients.  John Konkus is deputy associate administrator in the EPA public affairs office, under EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt.
