Connelly: Remembering Cecil Andrus, whose legacy includes 13 national parks

As Idaho governor, and Interior Secretary, Cecil Andrus did more to protect land in the West than any other political figure in the latter half of the 20th Century.  He died Thursday, at the age of 85, in Boise.
