Connelly: Pope again picks Northwest bishop for big job

Pope Francis taps another prominent Northwest bishop for a big job.  Helena, Montana, Bishop George Thomas will be the new Bishop of Las Vegas, where he will administer to a flock of 850,000 Catholics.
