Connelly: Plan for Olympic Park mountain goats -- Move 'em and shoot 'em

The Olympic National Park has a plan for its non-native, unwanted mountain goats:  Goats will be moved to the Cascades, starting this summer. In two years or so, remaining goats will be shot.
